We are looking for a 'Bench Sales Intern' to learn and support US IT staffing operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing IT consultants, understanding US hiring models, and coordinating with vendors.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in marketing bench consultants to US vendors
2. Learn US staffing models (C2C, W2, C2H)
3. Support resume formatting and keyword matching
4. Search and track requirements on US job portals
5. Maintain submission and follow-up trackers
