About the work from home job/internship
ShinePoints is a QR code-based loyalty and reward software designed for retail stores. It helps shopkeepers retain customers and grow revenue by offering points on every purchase, which can be redeemed in future visits. Over 1 lakh shopkeepers are already using it to boost repeat business.
As a Marketing Intern (Field Sales), you will represent ShinePoints in the market by directly visiting retail shops, explaining the benefits of our software, and encouraging shopkeepers to sign up. This internship is ideal for those who want hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer interaction.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visit assigned retail shops and small businesses daily.
2. Explain the ShinePoints software features and benefits in simple, clear language.
3. Demonstrate how the software works using provided marketing material.
4. Convince shopkeepers to register for ShinePoints (either free trial or paid subscription).
5. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets as assigned.
6. Maintain a record of shop visits, responses, and sales in the reporting format.
7. Share feedback from shopkeepers to the management team for product improvement.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills(Local language)
2. Willingness to work on-field and travel locally.
3. Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts (training will be provided).
4. Positive attitude, persistence, and self-motivation.
5. Smartphone with internet access for software demo and reporting.
