About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Track and cover NFL-related news and games in real time.
2. Scrap recent sports news and transform it into scripts using AI tools.
3. Generate engaging posts, captions, and AI audios.
4. Design and schedule posts using Canva templates and social media management tools.
5. Support weekly live coverage of specific NFL games (availability during USA game timings is mandatory).
6. Coordinate with team members and assist in managing production workflows.

Role: Social Media Executive (2 positions)
Focus: Coverage of USA-based sports, especially the NFL
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (Night Shift, aligned with USA timings)
Compensation & Terms:
1. Important Note: Candidates not willing to undergo the probation period are requested not to apply.
2. Probation/Training Period (1 month): Up to ₹2500 (performance-based).
3. Training includes: AI-assisted content writing, data scraping, post design, audio generation, posting strategies, and team coordination.
4. Contract Period (Post-Probation, 3 months): ₹5000–₹10000/month (performance-based).
5. Placement Option: High-performing candidates may be offered direct placement opportunities after the internship.
6. Certification: MSME-approved certificate upon successful completion.
