About the work from home job/internship
We are starting with a new business vertical and hence building a course on 'Startup readiness' designed to empower students to conceptualize and launch their own startups. We are looking for a driven and curious intern to support us in research, content development, and marketing efforts. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, and course marketing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Research and Insights:
1. Conduct primary and secondary research on target audience segments.
2. Identify learning needs, skill gaps, and aspirations related to target course.
3. Benchmark similar programs and analyze industry trends.
B. Content Assistance:
1. Support the creation and structuring of course content for diverse learner profiles.
2. Organize and compile reference materials and case studies.
C. Marketing and Onboarding:
1. Support digital marketing activities (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
2. Assist in coordinating learner onboarding and communication.
D. Sales lead generation (optional, for sales enthusiastic candidates only):
1. Help identify and reach out to TPOs and institutions for potential collaborations.
