About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to learners' support queries via email in a professional and timely manner.
2. Manage backend operations on the course platform, such as processing refunds, updating email addresses or phone numbers, and resolving course access issues.
3. Maintain accurate logs of support requests for internal tracking.
4. Document frequently asked questions (FAQs) to improve the learner experience.
5. Assist in training and improving the AI WhatsApp support chatbot (future scope).
6. May also handle WhatsApp-based support in the future.
7. Work closely with the core team to enhance support system efficiency and learner satisfaction.
