Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on developing student expertise and confidence in inorganic chemistry.
2. Simplifying intricate inorganic chemistry concepts into easily digestible components.
3. Analyzing and understanding the root cause of the doubts to enable students to improve rather than just solve the doubts.
4. Working on being a mentor to every student and teaching concepts in a friendly way.
