About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Peer-cohort building - Identify, approach, and onboard a minimum of ten fellow students to form a fundraising cohort that will work under your guidance.
2. Training & coaching - Conduct quick WhatsApp or in-person sessions to teach your cohort proven fundraising techniques, share scripts, and set weekly targets.
3. Supervision & performance tracking - Monitor each student's progress, provide daily nudges, and ensure the team collectively meets or exceeds campaign goals.
