About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cohort Building: Learn how to build and motivate a small student fundraising team (10-15 peers) through guided recruitment and communication strategies shared by your fundraising coach. Gain confidence in leading group initiatives and coordinating team goals.
2. Training & coaching - Get guidance on how to train your cohort proven fund-raising techniques, share scripts and set weekly targets.
3. Supervision & performance tracking - Get hands-on experience tracking your team members' progress, setting achievable goals, and celebrating team milestones.
