We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join us as Fundraising & Outreach Interns. This internship offers you the chance to contribute to a meaningful cause while developing valuable skills in fundraising, communication, and nonprofit management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Identify, reach out to, and connect with individuals and organizations to support our cause.
2. Communicate the mission, vision, and impact of ODMP's projects in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
3. Support ongoing fundraising and awareness campaigns by contributing ideas, preparing content, and participating in outreach activities.
4. Maintain transparency by accurately recording contributions and donor details.
5. Collaborate with the team to exchange ideas and strengthen outreach strategies.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Hands-on exposure to fundraising and nonprofit management.
2. Enhanced communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
3. Deeper understanding of social sector dynamics and donor engagement.

Odisha Development Management Programme (ODMP) is a registered network of grass-root NGOs, environmentalists, and academicians who got birth out of the emotion of civic movement during and after the post-super-cyclone in 1999 at Odisha. In the year 2001, ODMP rooted its steps onward from the Puri district. 51 NGOs from 11 blocks joined with ODMP as the partners of the UNICEF and RD department, Government of Odisha supported the water and sanitation program of Puri District. ODMP successfully implemented the program from the financial year 2001-02 to 2003-04 as the district nodal agency and received state & national level appreciations.
In 2005, ODMP expanded its involvement in the development and environmental context in other districts of Odisha. Nirmal Srikhetra Aviyan is an environmental drive of Puri city in regards to solid and hospital waste management supported by UNDP-SGP-GEF & GIZ and RKS, the district headquarters hospital, Puri implemented with ODMP's leadership.
