About the work from home job/internship

AVR International Exports is hiring motivated International Tele - calling & Marketing Executives to interact with global clients, generate leads, and schedule meetings with the CEO. This is a part-time WFH role suitable for fresher's and experienced candidates.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. International client calling & outreach:
1. Call international buyers, distributors, and importers from company-provided lists. Introduce AVR International Exports and explain our product offerings professionally.
2. Build trust, rapport, and long-term communication with new buyers.

B. Lead generation & sales support:
1. Identify potential buyers through B2B platforms and online research.
2. Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.
3. Share product catalogs, pricing details, and company profiles with interested clients.

C. Meetings & coordination:
1. Arrange Zoom/WhatsApp meetings between clients and management.
2. Coordinate with internal teams for samples, quotations, and documentation.
3. Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into business.

D. Record keeping & documentation:
1. Maintain daily calling lists, lead sheets, and follow-up trackers.
2. Update client communication records and status reports in the system.
3. Assist with documentation-related tasks (training will be provided).

E. Market research:
1. Conduct country-wise market analysis for product demand.
2. Share insights on potential regions and pricing trends.
3. Identify new product opportunities for export expansion.

F. Communication & professionalism:
1. Handle emails, WhatsApp communication, and voice calls professionally if required.
2. Maintain a positive and confident approach while communicating with international clients.

G. Learning & growth:
1. Learn export procedures such as Incoterms, logistics, packaging types, and documentation.
2. Improve negotiation, communication, and sales skills through continuous guidance.

H: Calling Timeline:
1. Each candidate will be assigned with the specific country with time zone. Calling has to be done based on the same timezone.

Other requirements

1. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

2. Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.

3. Comfortable working according to international time zones.

5. Can start the work-from-home job/internship between 1st Jan 2026 and 31st March 2026.

6. Available for a duration of 3 months with a flexible time zone, which may include night shifts.

7. Have relevant skills and interests.

8. Candidates from all streams can apply, including BBA (Sales & Marketing), MBA (Sales & Marketing), B.Com, M.Com, BA, MA, Bachelor of Agriculture, and Diploma in Agriculture.

9. Preference for candidates with a background or interest in sales and marketing.

10. Freshers are welcome.

11. Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in international calling, sales, or marketing.

12. Students, homemakers with good English, freshers, and individuals aiming to start a career in exports.

13. Candidates who are disciplined, confident, and eager to learn.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 4,000 - 6,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 1,000 /month
A. Salary & Working Hours:
1. Salary: ₹4,000 to ₹6,000 INR per month.
2. Working hours: 4 to 6 hours per day (WFH).
3. Work hours depend on assigned country/time zone.
4. Calling cost will be covered by the company.

B. Other Rewards:
1. Exposure to international clients in the export/import industry.
2. Practical learning in global communication and lead generation.
3. Initial contract: 3 months. (extendable)
4. Hands-on understanding of the export communication process.
