About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyze the provided IoT syllabus and define clear learning outcomes.
2. Structure content into digestible modules covering fundamental to advanced topics: sensors, microcontrollers, communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP), edge computing, cloud integration, etc.
3. Propose real-world use cases (smart home, health monitoring, industrial IoT) to demonstrate practical applications.
4. Prepare engaging, up-to-date learning materials tailored to school/college-level audiences or beginners.
5. Design practical assignments (e.g., build a smart irrigation system using NodeMCU and sensors).
6. Align content with emerging IoT trends like edge AI, smart devices, and Industry 4.0.
7. Record clear, well-paced video lessons with smooth voiceover and screen recording (or on-camera sessions if preferred).
8. Use live demonstration of hardware (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32) to show real project implementation where applicable.
9. Ensure that videos maintain high clarity, professional tone, and step-by-step explanations.
10. Design visually appealing PowerPoint/Canva slides for each module.
11. Provide all downloadable resources (code files, component lists, project PDFs).
12. Update and organize content as the course evolves or based on student feedback.
13. Upload content to Selfcode's LMS and ensure smooth navigation between modules.
14. Make video, code, and documents accessible for online learners.
15. Provide basic tech support and guidance to students facing content-related issues.
16. Suggest optional live sessions or Q&A webinars to help students overcome learning roadblocks.
17. Create discussion prompts and mini-project challenges to foster engagement.
18. Encourage peer-to-peer learning through structured group activities (optional).
19. Coordinate with Selfcode's internal team for reviews and guidance during course development.
20. Analyze student performance and feedback; implement changes to improve the learning experience.
21. Stay updated with IoT education trends and continuously optimize course content.

Other requirements

1. Strong understanding of IoT concepts, including sensors, microcontrollers (ESP32, Arduino), networking, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Blynk), and real-world IoT use cases.

2. Prior teaching, mentoring, or instructional design experience.

3. Excellent communication and the ability to break down complex IoT ideas into beginner-friendly lessons.

4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation tools.

5. Hands-on experience with course recording tools like Camtasia, OBS Studio, or Adobe Premiere.

6. Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning environments.

7. Time-management skills to deliver polished, complete courses within deadlines.
