About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Campaign Setup: Assist in the setup and launch of new campaigns, including basic retargeting and standard prospecting ads on Meta and Google Ads.
2. Daily Monitoring & Pacing: Consistently check live campaigns to ensure budget pacing, track delivery, and identify any critical errors or issues.
3. Optimization & Adjustments: Implement minor optimizations, such as adjusting bids, pausing low-performing ads, and ensuring proper audience segmentation.
4. Performance Reporting: Compile simple weekly reports summarizing key metrics (ROAS, CPA, Clicks) and campaign performance insights.

2. Knowledge of AI tools will be an added advantage. Graphic design or video editing skills are additional advantages.
3. Must have their own laptop/PC and a reliable internet connection.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English are required for internal team coordination and reporting.
