About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns daily to generate high-quality leads.
2. Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate) and take data-driven decisions to improve performance.
3. Perform keyword research, add negative keywords, and refine audience targeting to minimize spam leads.
4. Maintain high ad strength (above 90%) and continuously test and improve ad creatives and copies.
5. Track and analyze all incoming leads (forms and WhatsApp) and ensure only relevant, high-quality leads are generated.
6. Share daily reports on WhatsApp including leads data, campaign performance, changes made, and reasons for changes.
7. Maintain proper lead tracking with complete details (name, class, location, source).
8. Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Google Ads & Meta Pixel) to ensure accurate performance data.
9. Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve conversion rates consistently.
10. Ensure strict targeting to selected cities and eliminate irrelevant traffic and spam leads.
