Position Overview
We are seeking a Reddit Growth Expert to join our team. Reddit is a unique platform that values authenticity and community contribution above all else. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across various subreddits, focused on building long-term authority, managing our digital reputation, and fostering genuine connections with users through value-driven engagement.
Responsibilities
1. Brand Profile Stewardship: Manage and nurture our official Reddit profiles, ensuring they are developed with high credibility and aged according to platform best practices to maintain a strong, trustworthy presence.
2. Authentic Community Engagement: Actively participate in relevant subreddit discussions. Your goal is to build "Trust Equity" by contributing helpful, insightful, and high-quality content that resonates with the community.
3. Niche Content Localization: Adapt our core brand messaging to fit the unique "language," culture, and specific rules of different subreddits. You will ensure every post and comment contributes as a community member.
4. Growth & Visibility Strategy: Implement Reddit-specific strategies to improve the reach of our content, ensuring our brand surfaces naturally in relevant community searches and discussions.
5. Reputation Monitoring: Maintain a pulse on community sentiment. You will track how our brand is perceived and provide regular reports on engagement trends and account health using Google Sheets.
6. Secure Account Management: Maintain high standards of account security and operational privacy to ensure all brand personas remain protected and compliant with platform guidelines.

1. Platform Expertise: Experience navigating the Reddit ecosystem with a deep understanding of "Reddiquette" and community moderation standards.
2. Exceptional Communication: Ability to write in a conversational, relatable, and "non-corporate" tone. You must be able to blend in seamlessly with native English-speaking Reddit users.
3. Strategic Mindset: You don't just post; you understand where and why to engage to drive the most value for the brand.
4. Analytical Skills: Comfortable using Google Sheets to track performance metrics and provide clear, data-backed updates.
5. Discretion & Reliability: A high level of integrity regarding brand reputation and a disciplined approach to daily engagement tasks.
