Technical Assistant Work From Home Part Time Internship at Ozibook Tech Solutions

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage our Discord servers, keep them up to date, work on assigning roles to interns and adding them into Discord categories (departments), and update server configuration as per requirements from leadership
2. Maintain Notion pages by building a database of important messages shared on Discord, assisting leadership in building Notion pages as per their specifications, including creating documents, adding the information they specify, and keeping Notion pages up to date and planned on behalf of the leadership
3. Build Google Forms (you need to transfer information from the document shared by the teams and build Google Forms as per their specification - major departments that you need to assist are the business analyst and human resource teams), and document the links and making it available through notion pages for leaders and their teams
4. Work on email management, sharing access to team files (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.), and engaging with emails (drafting, sending out, and replying)
