4. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions using Google Docs
5. Use your creativity to come up with engaging scripts and pitches for phone calls
6. Solve problems and address conflicts that may arise during calls with professionalism and empathy
7. Utilize your Hindi proficiency to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
