Telecalling Work From Home Part Time Internship at Pyramed Telemedicine

As a Telecalling intern at Pyramed Telemedicine LLP, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare industry. Your role will involve making outbound calls to doctors, providing information about our telemedicine services, its benefits to them, enabling their registration for the same, co-ordinating with them for its regular usage as a relationship executive.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to doctors and apprise them of the benefits of using the PyraMed platform. Facilitate their registration process on the app.
2. Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi to provide information about our services.
3. Update and maintain call records and engagement records accurately using MS-Excel.
4. Assist in resolving doctor and patient queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Collaborate with the telemedicine team to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance telecalling skills and product knowledge.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and data security.
