About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions focused on interview skills.
2. Develop customized training materials, mock interview scenarios, and role-play exercises.
3. Teach techniques for answering behavioral, technical, and situational questions effectively.
4. Provide guidance on body language, communication skills, and professional etiquette.
5. Offer constructive feedback to participants to improve performance.
6. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and incorporate them into training programs.
7. Collaborate with career services teams, HR professionals, and educational institutions to support learners.
8. Track participant progress and prepare reports on training outcomes.

5. Ability to motivate and build confidence in diverse learners.
6. Familiarity with online training platforms and tools.
7. Certification in career coaching or training (preferred).
8. Experience with competency-based interviews and assessment centers (preferred).
9. Ability to tailor training for different roles (entry-level, mid-career, executive) (preferred).
