About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research UI/UX patterns related to applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
2. Design intuitive and visually appealing interface layouts and components.
3. Collaborate with the senior product lead (IIT alum) to align design direction with product goals.
4. Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using design tools.
5. Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
6. Document UI/UX decisions and design guidelines for developer handoff.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX for HR tech.
Notes:
1. The intern will be working under close guidance from an experienced IIT alumnus with a strong background in product development.
2. The role is part of a growing in-house tech team contributing to OST's competitive software initiatives.
