About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Dedicate 1.30-2 hours daily to assigned tasks primarily improving audio quality in recorded videos.
2. Edit and refine raw footage to produce polished, high-quality videos that align with our brand standards.
3. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create engaging videos for online learning and promotions.
4. Add motion graphics, text overlays, animations, and subtle visual effects to enhance the viewer's experience.
5. Ensure timely completion and delivery of all assigned video projects.
6. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for fresh, creative video concepts and storytelling ideas.
7. Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and tools to continually sharpen your skills.
8. Support the marketing team in producing eye-catching promotional videos that communicate AddOnn's brand message effectively.

Other requirements
1. Is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects or Filmora is an added advantage).
2. Has a keen eye for detail and a good sense of timing, pacing, and visual composition.
3. Understands basic audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
4. Is self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
5. Brings a creative mindset and willingness to learn new techniques.
6. Can communicate well and collaborate smoothly with team members.
7. Shows interest in educational or informative video content (preferred but not required).
