About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Execute partnership outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential partners.
2. Research, identify, and shortlist prospective partner companies aligned with Mars Agent's target segments.
3. Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and strategic documents to support partner acquisition efforts.
4. Onboard new partners onto the Mars Partner Portal, ensuring a smooth setup and activation process.
5. Support partner enablement initiatives by providing training materials, resources, and ongoing guidance to strengthen partner performance.
6. Assist in negotiating partnership deals, terms, and co-marketing agreements with prospective partners.
7. Conduct Mars Agent platform demonstrations tailored for partner audiences, highlighting integration opportunities and value propositions.
8. Develop persuasive outreach and follow-up approaches to convert target companies into active Mars partners.

1. A candidate currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in email outreach, calls, and presentations.

3. The ability to research companies, understand their business models, and develop personalized partnership pitches.

4. Comfort with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar outreach platforms.

5. A self-driven and goal-oriented attitude with a natural ability to build professional relationships.

6. A genuine interest in AI, SaaS platforms, and the partner or channel ecosystem.

7. Prior exposure to business development, sales, or partner management through college projects or internships.

8. An understanding of channel partnership models, reseller programs, or affiliate strategies.

9. Experience in creating proposals, pitch decks, or sales collateral.

10. Familiarity with the B2B SaaS ecosystem or the no-code and low-code technology market.
