Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop feature-rich web applications using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript
2. Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure smooth performance
3. Monitor and address technical issues as they arise
4. Assist in improving and streamlining the company's development processes

Other requirements
1. Familiarity with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
2. Basic understanding of web security practices (e.g., SQL Injection prevention, XSS, CSRF)
3. Experience with deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or Digital Ocean
4. Understanding of UI/UX design principles for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces
5. Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like Jira or Trello
6. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
7. Ability to write unit tests using tools like PHP Unit to ensure quality
8. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility to ensure applications work across different browsers and devices
9. Passion for open-source development and contributing to the community
10. Previous experience as a PHP intern or similar role is a plus
