About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting in-depth interviews with a wide range of guests
2. Crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience
3. Demonstrating emotional intelligence in your interactions with guests and listeners
4. Hosting and moderating podcast episodes with confidence and charisma
5. Collaborating with our team to brainstorm episode ideas and themes
6. Assisting with post-production tasks, such as editing and promoting episodes
7. Continuously seeking feedback and improving your hosting skills

Other requirements
1. Must be able to read English fluently with proper pronunciation
2. Strong spoken English skills with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
3. Confident and comfortable speaking in front of an audience
4. Ability to converse naturally and adapt to different speaking styles
5. A reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for recording
6. Basic familiarity with Zoom or Zoho (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
7. Passion for hosting, storytelling, or media production
8. Who will take the ownership about the daily work
