Join Frame Crust as a product design intern and gain hands-on experience in turning creative concepts into precision-engineered mechanical products. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to create real-world, manufacturable solutions for specialized workstations and mechanical systems.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. CAD-to-manufacturing: Take product requirements and transform them into parametric 3D assemblies and fully detailed 2D drawings with GD&T. Run tolerance stack-ups and prepare complete release packs (STEP/DXF/PDF/BOM) ready for vendor production.
2. Industrial design & CMF: Shape clean, robust product forms that reflect Frame Crust's brand identity, with thoughtful ergonomics, cable management, and surface finishes. Collaborate closely with engineering to balance aesthetics with functionality.
3. Problem-solving & system design: Use your analytical and creative skills to tackle industry challenges, simplify complex designs, and contribute to overall system design improvements.
