We're rebuilding and modernizing one of the most ambitious property tech platforms built in Asia a full-stack ecosystem that spans web, mobile, data pipelines, payments, community engagement, and enterprise integrations. The system has already powered thousands of members and properties, and now we're taking it into its next growth phase.
Why This Role Matters
As Senior Python Developer, you'll take long-term ownership of the backend. This is a full-time role, not a short-term project. You'll be responsible for stabilizing the core systems, modernizing the stack, and driving new feature development. The work you do will directly shape how fast we scale, expand functionality, and deliver impact to thousands of users across multiple markets.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Core Backend Leadership: Own the Django backend the heart of the platform and make sure it's robust, modern, and ready to scale.
2. Ecosystem Impact: Work across systems that touch everything from member onboarding to payments, community engagement, and integrations with CRMs, billing, and analytics.
3. First 30 Days: Your immediate focus will be to stabilize and bring the platform fully back online. After that, you'll move into ongoing modernization and new feature development.
4. Future Roadmap: Play a key role in guiding backend direction scaling out services, refreshing data pipelines, and building out new product capabilities.
