About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Sourcing candidates:
1. Use job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and internal databases.
2. Post job ads and screen incoming applications.
3. Make outbound calls to potential candidates.
4. Conduct telephonic screening based on job requirements.
5. Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and feedback.
7. Track daily recruitment activities and candidate status.
8. Share daily and weekly reports with the recruitment lead.
B. Client coordination:
1. Communicate with client HRs for JD clarifications, updates, and candidate feedback.
