Assist in identifying potential candidates and support their journey from application to integration into the team
Contribute to a collaborative work environment by helping organize internal initiatives and employee engagement efforts
Participate in planning and executing training activities that promote continuous learning and sustainability awareness
Help manage internal records and documentation to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations
Support the collection and organization of feedback to assist in performance development processes
