About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation & publishing: Coordinate with the social media agency for posts. Repurpose content for LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Client & vendor coordination: Be the friendly bridge between our coaches, clients, and vendor partners (designers, video editors, freelancers). Track deliverables and ensure smooth handovers.
3. Social media optimisation: Help schedule posts, manage hashtags, captions, and posting times. monitor comments, basic community engagement.. Research trends to keep our pages fresh and engaging.
4. Webinar & sales support: Assist in setting up webinars, sending reminders, and sharing links. Help follow up with leads and coordinate onboarding. Track sign-ups and feedback.
5. Daily operations: Keep checklists, trackers, and reports updated. Suggest small process improvements- we love fresh ideas!

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 360000/year2. Stipend + certificate + LinkedIn recommendation.
