As a sales trainee, you'll work with our admissions and sales teams to identify career challenges faced by potential learners and help them choose the right upskilling programs. You'll be trained extensively in consultative selling, lead management, and objection handling. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a high-growth career in edtech sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Speak with potential learners via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their career goals
2. Recommend suitable courses and explain how they align with learner needs
3. Maintain lead details and follow-up activity in the CRM system
4. Meet and exceed monthly performance targets during and after training
5. Collaborate with internal teams for the smooth onboarding of enrolled learners

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 10,001 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 15,000 - 65,000 /month

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 700000 to 780000/year
