About the work from home job/internship
FileSure is looking for a driven and energetic sales intern to support our B2B growth initiatives. The role focuses on outbound sales outreach to prospective clients and compliance professionals, helping them understand how our platform simplifies Indian company compliance. This is a performance-driven role suited for candidates who are confident communicators and target-oriented.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective B2B leads. Make 80-100 outbound calls per day and maintain a high volume of connected calls.
2. Connect with business owners and compliance professionals to explain offerings
3. Maintain a high volume of connected calls daily
4. Work toward defined monthly sales targets
5. Record daily call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups
6. Maintain proper attendance and activity reporting
7. Coordinate with the internal team on lead status and conversions

Additional information
A. Stipend & incentive structure (performance-based):
1. ₹7,000 fixed stipend.
2. If ₹1 lakh in sales is achieved within a single month, the total payout for that month will be ₹10,000 (fixed + milestone bonus)
3. ₹3,000 milestone bonus on crossing ₹1 lakh sales target
4. Incentive on sales generated beyond the first ₹1 lakh
5. PPO may be offered based on performance during the internship and business requirements.
