About the work from home job/internship
The project involves creating and optimizing professional profiles across business directories, social media platforms, professional networks, classifieds, blogging platforms, bookmarking sites, review platforms, forums, and industry-specific portals. The goal is to build quality backlinks, maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency, and improve search engine visibility.
This is a full-time, work-from-home internship. We are specifically looking for candidates with prior hands-on experience in profile creation, off-page SEO, or backlink building who can start contributing from day one with minimal training.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Register and set up professional profiles across 50+ categories of websites, including business directories, social platforms, professional networks, classifieds, blogs, bookmarking sites, review platforms, forums, and niche/industry portals for each assigned entity.
2. Write and adapt short bios, taglines, descriptions, and keyword-optimized content for each profile using information provided by the client.
3. Insert backlinks to the primary website or portfolio of each entity and ensure that links are live and correctly placed.
4. Maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all platforms for each entity.
5. Upload photos, logos, and other visual assets to profiles according to platform requirements.
6. Maintain a master Excel tracker containing login credentials, profile URLs, and profile status, including created, pending, and verified profiles.
7. Submit profiles for indexing or verification where applicable and follow up on pending verifications.
8. Prepare screenshots and supporting documentation for final audit reports.
9. Share weekly and monthly progress updates against assigned batch targets.

Who Can Apply:
1. Have prior hands-on experience in backlink building, profile registration, or off-page SEO.
2. Are available to work full-time for the entire internship duration.
3. Can share a portfolio or samples of previous work, such as live profile URLs or backlinks created. Client names may be masked if covered by an NDA.
4. Have a laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection to work from home.
5. Be comfortable handling high-volume, repetitive, and detail-oriented tasks consistently over a sustained period.
Skills Required:
1. Hands-on experience in off-page SEO and backlink building.
2. Experience creating profiles on directories, social platforms, listing websites, and other relevant platforms.
3. Basic content-writing skills, particularly for bios, descriptions, taglines, and profile content.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracker maintenance.
5. Strong attention to detail and consistency in data entry.
6. Good time-management and organizational skills.
