About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan, schedule, and manage posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
2. Create monthly social media calendars in advance by aligning brand goals with current social trends.
3. Execute scheduled posts consistently and update daily activities with agility and creativity.
4. Coordinate with the video creation team to share performance inputs and improve content relevance.
5. Use tools like Canva and other design or scheduling software to create visually compelling content.
6. Create relatable, value-added content tailored to our target audience.
7. Actively build and engage a community of parents and relevant stakeholders through interactive content, DMs, and comments.
8. Participate in forums and platforms like Quora, Reddit, etc., by answering questions and contributing to discussions.
9. Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and engage with customers to promote the brand.
10. Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
11. Track and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) to assess performance and improve strategy.
12. Measure the outcomes of all marketing campaigns and suggest ways to enhance brand awareness and virality.
