About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity.
2. Manage and grow presence across major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
3. Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos).
4. Plan and execute campaigns
5. Monitor trends, hashtags, industry news, and competitor activity to ensure relevant and timely content.
6. Engage actively with the audience: respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
7. Analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights & recommendations.
8. Coordinate with marketing and align social media efforts with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
9. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, best practices, and industry trends.
10. Must be able to design posts, emailers and not rely completely on AI.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, digital media, or related field
2. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency background preferred)
3. Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
4. Solid understanding of paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
5. Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
6. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) – considered a plus.
7. Excellent time management: able to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
