Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions aligned with hiring requirements and organizational objectives.
2. Support onboarding activities by coordinating documentation, communication, and orientation processes for new hires.
3. Source potential candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
4. Screen resumes and applications to identify and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and qualifications.
5. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
6. Maintain accurate candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports to track hiring progress and performance.
7. Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and hiring events.
8. Lead and manage assigned teams by delegating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely task completion.
9. Conduct regular team coordination activities, provide guidance to team members, and contribute towards achieving overall recruitment targets and organizational goals.
