About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and deploy AI agents for automated candidate discovery and screening.
2. Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to identify candidates across unconventional platforms (GitHub, Twitter, Discord, Reddit).
3. Develop innovative Boolean searches and AI-enhanced sourcing strategies.
4. Design personalized outreach campaigns using AI-generated content.
5. Manage multi-channel engagement (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp).
6. Build and nurture talent pipelines.
