About the work from home job/internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at CBS Ventures, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting top talent for our growing company. Your role will involve utilizing your English proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with candidates and team members, as well as your expertise in MS-Excel to organize and track candidate information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system
4. Assist in creating job postings and promoting openings on various platforms
5. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires
7. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
