Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partner with the key account manager to understand role requirements, team expectations, and hiring priorities
2. Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial interactions to assess suitability
3. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and adjust sourcing strategies based on feedback
4. Maintain organized records of candidate communication and ensure timely follow-ups
5. Connect with approximately 110 candidates daily for interviews, updates, and status checks
