Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Effectively manage all talent acquisition responsibilities including and bulk and niche hiring for Pehchaan team and their clients.
2. Proactively manage client relationships and help the clients find the right talent pool.
3. Bring in a consultative mindset and implement some of the best talent acquisition practices
4. Understand how to work in job portals. Expertise in searches through keywords, booleans.
5. Analytical and Technical proficiency in MS Office tools,
6. Hands on expertise in building dashboards and report metrics
Other requirements
MBA HR from a reputed institute - Preferably 2026 pass out
Effective organization and talent management skills
Analytical and data driven
A good storyteller that is based on facts and data
