About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other platforms
2. Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
5. Engage with candidates professionally to ensure a positive experience
6. Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions
7. Support the onboarding process and documentation
8. Work closely with the HR and leadership teams to understand hiring needs
Requirements:
1. Pursuing or completing a degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
4. Interest in talent acquisition, HR operations, or employer branding
5. Organized, self-motivated, and a quick learner
6. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, tech-driven environment
