As a Talent Acquisition intern at RSHCE Renu Sharma Health Care And Education Foundation, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while supporting the growth of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with candidate sourcing and screening using various platforms.
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
3. Updating and maintaining recruitment databases and Excel spreadsheets.
4. Writing and posting job descriptions on job boards and social media.
5. Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
6. Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
7. Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
