About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in talent acquisition - sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating with candidates across different domains.
2. Managing candidate databases, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring smooth communication.
3. Supporting the HR team in employer branding and outreach activities on LinkedIn and other platforms.
4. Conducting research on industries, roles, and companies to support customized client solutions.
