About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Requirement Gathering & Translation
1. Review and interpret detailed job descriptions received from clients.
2. Translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the TA team.
3. Ensure complete alignment between client expectations and TA team understanding.
B. Job Posting & Candidate Management
1. Upload and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
2. Ensure internally approved candidate profiles are promptly shared with clients, with managerial approval.
3. Track the flow of candidates to ensure timely processing and client updates.
C. Client & Stakeholder Communication
1. Act as a point of contact for clients, proactively updating them on progress.
2. Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, internal management, and the TA team.
3. Provide clarity and resolve queries to build strong client trust.
D. Team Guidance & Performance Monitoring
1. Guide the TA team by explaining job requirements thoroughly.
2. Monitor daily progress and performance to ensure targets are achieved.
3. Identify and address bottlenecks in workflows.
E. Agile Collaboration & Reporting
1. Be consistently available on Slack during working hours for real-time communication.
2. Participate in daily Agile stand-ups to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan next steps.
3. Provide reports and updates on team performance, client communication, and hiring progress.

4. Proficiency in using communication tools such as Slack is also essential for ensuring seamless collaboration and timely updates.
