About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Explain products and services clearly to potential clients
2. Send WhatsApp texts to engage leads and share information
3. Close deals by converting leads into customers
4. Work on 3 different projects by dialing 100 fresh calls or 50 connected calls, whichever is higher, and follow up on each project
5. Complete assigned tasks for three projects within the allotted time from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
6. Conduct client meetings to discuss project updates and requirements
7. Record calls and generate reports to share with the client

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 31st Oct'25 and 5th Dec'25
3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements
1. Eligibility: Female candidates only.
2. Location: Work from home, available across India.
3. Age requirement: 18 years or above.
4. Language requirements: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
5. No leave allowed except in emergencies with valid proof. Please apply only if you are fluent in English and Hindi.
6. It is a six-month internship with no leave (except Sundays). You will not be able to discontinue the internship in between or before the completion of six months.
7. If you decide to leave the internship, a one-month notice period is mandatory.
8. If you leave without serving the notice period or during an ongoing live project, you will not receive the stipend for that particular month as per the internship terms.
9. Equipment requirements: Android phone (version 7, 8, or 9) and a laptop for office tasks.
10. Indian candidates only.
Perks
1. Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
2. Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
3. Tenure: 6 months (no early exit).
4. Stipend: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month, credited via NEFT to your bank account on the 10th of every month.
5. SIM and recharge: Both will be provided by us.
6. Other details: No targets and no fees.
7. Completion benefits: Certificate of completion and a recommendation letter will be provided after successful completion of the six-month internship.
8. Offer letter will be provided.
B. Interview process:
1. Two rounds of telephonic interviews
2. Interviews with Ms. Nida Farheen and Mr. Kiran Chavan (founder of Lead Mines Media)
