About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make 150 - 200 outbound calls for address confirmation.
2. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in MS Excel.
4. Manage the CRM portal and update customer details.
