About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
4. Follow up on leads, generate interest, and convert prospects into customers.
5. Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
7. Handle customer complaints or objections courteously and escalate issues when required.
8. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business goals.
9. Maintain call records and prepare regular performance reports.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
