About the work from home job/internship
Are you fluent in Kannada and Hindi with a friendly voice and strong communication skills?
Join our growing presales team and help us reach retailers who can benefit from TradeCredit platform.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential retailers and wholesalers to introduce TradeCredit and assist with app onboarding.
2. Explain our product benefits and answer customer queries with clarity and confidence.
3. Follow up via calls and WhatsApp to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
4. Record all interactions accurately in our CRM system (Zoho).
5. Work closely with the sales team to refine scripts, identify bottlenecks, and meet daily/weekly targets.
6. Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
