About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound and handle inbound calls with customers and vendors in a polite and professional manner
2. Explain VivaahaVerse services, vendor categories, and booking flow in a simple and understandable way
3. Explain VivaahaVerse services, processes, and platform benefits clearly and politely
4. Assist customers in understanding vendor options and service categories
5. Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability, service details, and basic requirements
6. Capture call details, follow-ups, and feedback accurately in the system
7. Follow communication scripts, compliance guidelines, and data privacy policies
8. Maintain professionalism, patience, and clarity in all conversations
