About the work from home job/internship
1. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
2. Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
3. Design intuitive and accessible interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
4. Contribute to the development and refinement of our design system and brand guidelines.
5. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
6. Collaborate with founders and engineers to understand user needs and business objectives.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in design, human-computer interaction, visual communication, or a related field.
2. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and UI/UX projects (academic, personal, or freelance).
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and basic usability heuristics.
5. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. A growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
8. Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
