Key responsibilities:
1. Craft viral videos from raw footage both short-form (Reels, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube)
2. Add eye-catching motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and smooth transitions
3. Collaborate with our strategy and content teams to understand briefs and audiences
4. Apply direct feedback from our CEO (1.5M+ subs) and senior editors to level up your work
5. Keep files neat, organized, and export-ready yes, naming conventions matter here
6. Stay on top of the latest video trends and integrate them into your edits
7. Assist with color grading, VFX, and audio tweaks we'll train you on the tools if needed
