About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit short-form vertical videos (reels/shorts/TikTok style)
2. Create fast-paced, high-retention edits with strong hooks
3. Add captions, emojis, sound effects, zooms, transitions, and overlays
4. Sync edits with trending audio and platform-native styles
5. Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
6. Maintain brand consistency across all videos
7. Deliver edits quickly (same-day or next-day turnaround when required)
8. Collaborate with content strategists to improve watch time and CTR

Required skills:
1. Strong experience with Instagram Reels & short-form editing
2. Proficiency in Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut/After Effects
3. Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling
4. Knowledge of trends, memes, and viral editing styles
5. Ability to add clean subtitles and motion text
6. Comfortable working with raw talking-head footage, screen recordings, and B-roll
